Private Health Fund Rebates*
Enhance Fitness Health & Wellness is a registered provider with the following private health funds:

- Teacher's Federation Health
*Access to private health rebates depends on the type and level of cover. Patients are encouraged to speak with their private health insurer regarding eligibility for Exercise Physiology rebates. Patients who are referred under Medicare or DVA must choose their method of claiming prior to commencing treatment; services can only be claimed under one option (Medicare or DVA or Private Health).
Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of consultation unless alternative arrangements have been made with Enhance FHW. For those with a current referral, Medicare payments can be claimed through HICAPS at the time of consultation with patients only required to pay the gap fee (for clinic consultations). Please note, patients requesting a home visit will need to pay the full fee at the time of consultation. A receipt will be provided which must then be submitted to Medicare to receive the rebate.
- Patients are responsible for payment of the gap fee. Where upfront payments cannot be met, patients are encouraged to speak with EFHW staff regarding alternative arrangements. For information regarding accepted payment methods please click here
