  • AUSDRISK Screening Tool
    The Australian Type 2 Diabetes Risk Assessment Tool (AUSDRISK) is a 10 question measure which provides an indication of a person's risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes. Patients aged 40 - 49 years who score 12 or more are eligible to be referred to a subsidised lifestyle modifcation program. Available in PDF, MD, Best Practice and Genie.
